Back problems most of my life. About 6 months ago started having pain in left knee and numbness in left foot. Tried chiropractor and massage with no luck. Finally had MRI and found the spinal stenosis. Had a epidural steroid shot that wore off within a week. Had a second shot that lasted For approximately 2 weeks. The 3 shot lasted awhile longer Before the shots I could only stand or walk for 15 to 30 minutes at a time. Now I can get around with pain pills. Put it seams the pain is getting more often, especially when I try to work
