No injury, 4 yrs ago, I had 9 spinal injections and they worked for a year, Have tried losing weight but have a problem because of metabolic issues 2 yrs. ago I had 7 injections and no improvement. Take 2,300 mgs. of acetaminophen a day to take the edge off the pain. I walk at least an hour a day and take care of my home. Had a laminectomy 5 yrs ago.
