I've had back pain for over 15 years. Because of scoliosis and arthritis, I've shrunk 4.5 inches in the last ten years. None of the standard treatments that I tried ever gave me any significant improvement. BUT Feldenkrais has been wonderful. My therapist has worked with me for two years now and I've seen great improvement. I recently injured my back in a fall and in just one session I've had relief. I'm working with my Primary Care doctor with x-rays and an MRI to see why there have been significant arthritis changes recently. Feldenkrais has really helped me reduce and management my pain.
