Experienced slight pain in left thigh while using a leg-press machine at a gym. Had a muscle activation technique done one time shortly after that and experienced sever pain in my knee the next day and pain in my lower back. Also experienced pain in the bottom of my left heal. Had Xrays and MRI done which showed displaced vertebrae and two bulging discs. This was followed by Chiropractic treatments twice a week. Pain has been gradually decreasing. Joined the YMCA to strengthen core muscles. Haven't exercised enough to see a difference at this point. Have also started taking Krill Oil to reduce inflammation.
