Back and knee pain keep me from hiking and doing other strenuous exercise. I walk and use a stationary bike. I do the exercises I learned in physical therapy and in the Gokhale Method. I think the Gokhale Method has helped me some. It's only been a month since I've had the foundations class. It's been recommended that I have a spinal ablation for my arthritic back and two knee replacements
