Diagnosed with L4 L5 herniation and spinal stenosis in May 2015. It's been up-and-down for the most part I can stay I major pain since probably July of last year when the herniation kind of took care of itself. I also have a spondee grade one. I have SI joint dysfunction which really is the most painful thing because it's sudden sometimes and sharp it's not a lot of fun have gotten back to doing most of the stuff in my house but my life has drastically changed and I really want to avoid surgery at all costs because I've already seen a surgeon who think so I would need a fusion but at the times and was recommending it it's not fun at all so any suggestions would be great any kind of treatments that worked I've done a lot of things I have not done injections yet but I am seeing a pain management specialist this Friday so I'm hoping that you can have some suggestions and any non-surgical message to deal with this it's not easy and as we don't have back issues you have no idea what we go through daily it's such a mental struggle your life completely changes and it's very hard on the people around us but it's also the hardest on us because it just is seems so unfair any help would be grateful thank you so much
