    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Physical Therapy, Massage, Brace, Heat, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises, TENS/Electrical Stimulation

Degenerative disc, arthritis in the lumbar region, osteoporosis. Procedure to relieve pain: two nerve blocks and a nerve burn on left lower back. The right side wasn't as painful so am going for PT. also doing stretching exercises at home. Ido t think this procedure helped as Ian still in pain
