magnets treatment, cortison, and excercise on walking and neck. it helps but does eliminate the pain as it it is a bone spurn. i was operated on my neck and back for 2 cervical disks, fusion and spinal stemois -9hrs and it seems fine. but my lower back has been before and after operation, bad even with shots and excercise. i was operated dec 05 by ucsd neurosurgy but i live in guadalajara. the ucsd recommended excercise only while mexico uses the magnets, laser, electricit, and massage and excercise for $20. i am happy about the mix cultural approach and my neck is better but my lower back is not. i am sick of therapy but it seems thst i hsve to do something. i am 69 yr. but look around 55 as i eat well and did walk before the fall.
