Low chronic back pain from lifting heavy object 25 yrs ago. Best results for pain is ice and chiropractic manipulation. NSAIDs created stomach ulcer so cannot use these. Oral Rx pain meds help temporarily but prefer not using. Arthritis presented 5 yrs ago. Not interested in back surgery. Tens unit minimal help when pain is not extreme. Chiropractics seem best relief results, but can be costly when using 2-3 times weekly.
