Stenosis greatly diminished my ability to walk. Tried physical therapy, epidural (3) rounds for 3 years. Had laminectamy with spacer. Great for 6 months pain came back. After many appointments and finally MRI. Found I had a synolvia (spelling?)cyst on the spine. More surgery removing spacer and fused back. Pain has never gone away. Mobility is very compromised. Can't walk more than 1/8 of a mile without pain and hip, leg and back spasms. Told surgery was a success lol, now told its arthritis and scar tissue. Basically - live with it. Not a good outcome.
