I experienced no specific injury but have been suffering with lower back pain near my right sacroiliac joint that radiates toward my right hip for approximately 18 minutes months. My pain is at its worse in the morning and I was told by my doctors that despite having scoliosis and spinal stenosis, arthritis is causing most of my problems. To date, my most successful treatment is NSAIDs along with stretching and yoga.
