I suffered a bulging disc in my Thoracic, and herniated in my lumbar spine. The thoracic area is always hurting, feels like a sharp pressure.

My lumbar injury was to the left side, but lately has been hurting throughout my Right hip and around the side of my knee.

I don't feel Sciatica symptoms. But am really suffering with the Thiracic region.

I was advised to try an epidural shot but am reluctant to an injection to my spine. So the

Doctor advised me to start with Zorvolex an anti inflammatory. Also to stop working as an occupational therapist at a clinic and for now get a job which causes less strain to my back.

Please inform me on what other options would be helpful. I have a family and an 8year old daughter and have been feeling very stressed
