Spinal stenosis agrivated when I fell and broke the top of my femur bone. During Physical Therapy I developed u controllable back spams. Took almost 3 months to get an appointment with a pain specialist (notDr Galla) the epidural did not provide much relief . Was told to go back to my original pain specialist. I had an injection in my sacroiliac joint and noticed immediate improvement. I continued PT with another group that included pool therapy. This really made a difference . Stenosis still bothered me and had another epidural to be combined with continued PT and pool therapy. I am also trying to watch my weight and eat more healthy food. Have lost 10 lbs and find I don't need the Kane when walking. Trying to improve my standing time.
