I had physical therapy before I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. I was told I had arthritis but the back just got worse. I had a MRI and was told Spinal stenosis arthritis, and herniated disc. I was scheduled for surgery but the anesthesiologist had problems getting me ready so surgery was cancelled. I have had two epidurals and am in the process of getting a nerve ablation. I am walking with a walker and I don't get out much because it hurts to go through the grocery store. Hopefully, this next procedure will bring me some relief. Then I plan to take a water class and maybe join a gym if I can stand up long enough.
