I've had back problems on and off for several years which I think is attributed to a bad knee that makes me favor that side. But the recent problem I had was throwing it completely out while scooping snow. The chiropractor is the only thing that worked. I tried heat and ice and resting and just trying to maneuver myself to make it pop in place but nothing helped until I went to the chiropractor and then rested and did regular walking after that to keep it limber.
