Have cervical and lumbar disk atrophy. Bulging disks, stenosis, facet joint, failed back syndrome from laminectomy on L4-5, S1. Had back to back surgeries because of CFS leak. Surgery mad increased pain for two years. Started in 2004 with right leg sciatica. Had PT, and it went away until 2008. Started at work with groin pain, and neck pain. Continued to worsen, and I was sent for more PT. Whil doing PT, it began to pain in the left leg. PT made it worse, as I now had it in both legs. After many modalities, injections, chiro, medicines, medral-dose packs, stim test, more PT, I finally found a neurosurgeon who said he could relive my pain. Surgery failed. After more than 10 years, I still have pain. Still seeing pain management.
