Ruptured a disc at age 23. Back pain ever cents. Foraminal and central stenosis, herniated discs and more. Had difficulty walking for years, but now it has become serious. I am having to use the scooter to walk any the distances, do grocery shopping, etc . I also cannot stand for more than a minute or two. Just want to quit work. Dr. says there are too many places that need fixing to do surgery. Funny I'm now letting people know my limitations instead of hiding them. It has been so freeing. Now I can take my scooter and go where I want to go. I have given up going so many places because everything required walking.
