Spinal stenosis due to age? Not an injury! Have had this for 9 years. Sometimes it is very bad, sometimes, not so bad.

Pain from pinched sciatica nerve goes down my right leg. Stretches help the most, which I do twice a day plus walking.

Physical therapy twice....made the pain a lot worse. Will not do PT anymore. Have the pain going down my right leg

Every day!
