Fell of ladder. Created some lower back pain and neuropathy on rt. foot. Diagnosed with spinal stenosis 2 yrs ago. best relief after trying therapy, injections, ryzothomy on both sides of lower back. I was informed the only option remaining was surgery. I did not want surgery. Was bedridden for 2 months. Decided to try excersize. Began riding stationary bike. It stared to relieve pain in lower back. riding for approx. 2 hrs daily plus medication. Can now do what I enjoy with ecersize and medication.
