My most recent injury which is a rotator cuff shoulder injury is considered osteoporosis in nature related as well to weight lifting that I have done all my life. I have had cortisol and steroid injections, take Tramadol and do exercises via physical therapy. The pain is returning and I do not want surgery. Is there a better alternative?
