I have Spinal stenosis and the Spohn the Lilo thesis . I was diagnosed in May 2015 was very depressed of the summer so I let my body go got worse with my leg my right side I finally got into PT last December I just finished up today 2016 February and hoping it will help my still have numbness in my right leg and I have SI issues but I feel strong with my core but I'd love some other treatments I have not done injections or anything yet I'm told by a surgeon that the only way to help would be to get a fusion which I really do not want to do since I'm able to walk around I just have to deal with numbness and tingling and and SI joints going out once in a while otherwise I'm getting more active just being careful but I'm tired of this I would love some other ideas of what I could do that or non-surgical
