Hurt back having to pick up too heavy thigs at first, at age 18, had backaches of and on, not enough to syop me. Had traumas through the yrs. Falling, but really nothing l can point finger, say aha l injured my back, age 25, had baby, labor pains 85% in back. Then l was caregiver to mother, father, mother-in-law, 17 yrs. Pain a lot, but no way to stop, took care my family and home, took care household and my parents, every day nursing home tor mother-in-law, helped my husband run a bussiness, things wre where l got no sleep, rest, time to eat, just from place to place, took 1 advil when l did get to retire, l have autoimune diease, have I.C thyroid diease, OA, fibro, IBS, think gastoperises, crps. Then found out the l. S. Steniosis, now in neck. Have had 7 steroid shots in span of 10 yrs. But fell 2 yrs ago, crushed knee, fractured main leg done, rod, pins, screws , plate, doing well, fell 2 mos again, broke another bone, hip, went in back right hip slipped another rod thru one in there, got genuis surgen. Not able to stand straight , nor stand long at all, have walker,
