    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Laminectomy (Decompression) Surgery, TENS/Electrical Stimulation, Spinal Fusion Surgery, Strengthening Exercises, Stretching, Heat, Acetaminophen, Chiropractor, Rest, Acupuncture, Massage, Ice, Surgery, Physical Therapy, Epidural

Two back surgeries and three hip surgeries. No relief. Current pain doctor says I have Failed Back Syndrome. Recent MRI revealed that all but my top disc are ruptured. Constant pain. I did not plan to have my retirement years be like this.
