Twisted vertebrae, severe nerve pain, spinal stenosis.

Steroid meds.

Cortisone injections in spine twice did not work.

Epidural steroid injections twice in spine, second one seems to have 'helped'.

Chiropractic sessions did nothing, physical therapy made it worse
