have spinal stenosis advanced degeneration L5-s1 can't stand or walk far without having sever flank pain when i sit down it eases off it is so painful icant stand it, so i don't go out any where without my rolliator walker have to sit when i need to sit cant stand it .also have advanced OA of the knee no cartlage and bony growths on both knees i have cortisone shot every 3 month. they used to help but there getting where they don't any more. i take cortisone in tablet form it helps some sort of takes the overall edge off OA the aching i mean i know losing weight would help but that is easyer said than done.
