NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Mattress Change

I have worked on computers for the last 30 years and all of the sitting, along with my scoliosis, has taken a toll. I used to row but haven't been able to do that for years because it would result in back spasms. I am also looking at changing careers to find something where I won't sit all day. The Gokhale Method and Foundation Training (that should be in your list!) have given me my first real relief and hope for a pain-free life. As soon as I started sleeping according to the Gokhale Method, my neck pain, which has also been plaguing me, disappeared.
