Had constant back pain and tried Chiropractor therapy for 4 to 6 momths and it helped reduce the pain some and the chiropractor suggested that i see a Surgeon as i might have Spinal stenosis. Went to the surgeon a had an MRI that confirmed the spinal stenosis. The doctor wanted me to try other ways to improve my pain before having to resort to surgery. As indicated earlier i tried all options and after the 4th cortisone and aqua exercises i am in constant pain and seriously considering the operation route as the last option. My pain is gettin worse.I was told by surgeon that the procedure wil.take about two hrs and will have to replace a disc, remove spurs and clean out arthritis. He feels that the surgery will be successful and wil. Take up to 3 months to totally heal. Im not happy with the only option left is surgery but i cannot live with the pain much longer.
