Physical therapy helped. They would use moist heat, felt great. Had to go 2-3 a week. They gave me exercises to do to help strengthen core muscles. Went to a pain management doctor helped the most. The injections helped quite a bit. Chiropractor helped some, after adjustment would use ultrasound to help nerves. Went to a neurologist also a surgeon. Looked at my MRI and have to have fusion surgery after I quit smoking for 3 months. So for now I use my heat pad and take Tramidol for pain.
