I was yanked to the floor 25 years ago by a 90 pound kindergartener, had a lot of pain and went to a chiropractor, GP for traction and physical therapy. Over the years my back got worse, fell through attic in garage 10 feet and broke bone in right knee and fracture in back. More physical therapy, heat/ice, pain and muscle relaxers, injections by pain doctor, 3 months with chiropractor, stretching exercises. Had 1st back surgery 5 years ago, back got worse, surgery again 3 years ago, 5 discs involved, had pins, bone grafts and cage put around damaged discs and vertebrae. I had physical therapy and exercises. I am still in pain, take Percocet, pain patches, muscle relaxers. I have started marjurum and frankensense essential oils and other runs. The essential oils are helping a little. I have a hard time walking and standing. Laying in bed or sitting in a recliner with feet up is only time I am not in pain. I can not lift or carry more than a few pounds. Stairs are very difficult for me.
