About a decade ago is when the pain began and since then I've gone through 3 rounds of physical therapy, 4 injections in both hips for bursitis related to my back pain with minimal relief. Epidural injections in my lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint, also a radio frequency done to burn the sciatic nerve which have not helped at all. Surgery is the next option which I'm trying to get my insurance company to cover as I need relief from the constant pain that is affecting my daily life.
