    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Massage, Chiropractor, Heat, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises

Hurt my lower back working, had epidermal and cortisone shots, physical therapy, chiropractor, yoga, strength conditioning, only thing that works is painkillers ( opiates) but so addicting, if it is out there tried it and 3 specialists say nothing they can do cause disks shrunk and too close to spinal cord for surgery. Out of options except prescribe painkillers.
