Injury to lower back 30 yrs ago. Would recover with help of chiropractic. Would do something to re-injury it and go thru chiropractic treatments again. Started having knee problems later in life and it stopped me from walking. Went to Orthopedic Dr. And he said it was caused from back problems, then went thru therapy and was helped quite abit. It still causes pain whe I do the least bit of strenuous work, such as painting a room or such. Do stretching and exercise every day and it helps quite abit
