I fell and broke my neck last year, my Dr. treated me for thyroid problems for 3 months, while I suffered. When they discovered the fractures in my neck, I was sent to emergency cervical fusion surgery. My lumbar spine was messed up horribly before I fell, it caused my fall. I could walk before I fell and broke my neck, but since I fell, the neuropathy in my legs keeps me from walking and I thought that once my cervical fusion healed I would have the ability to walk again, but that's not happening. I doctors are saying that the nerve damage may be permanent. I'm not ready to face that yet. I believe there has to be something out there to help me get my life back. And I'll keep looking until I find the solution.
