    Spinal Fusion Surgery

Was injured by being hit in lower back and underwent two surgeries then finally had cage fusion. Am now on disability. Was put on 5 pound weight limit. No bending, stretching, standing for long periods, prolonged sitting. I have gained a lot of weight since being injured due to inability to walk for long or do any strenuous exercises. I have been very depressed and that has caused me to eat more than I should. Before injury I was very active, went to the gym, horseback riding, etc. My first surgery was in 2000. My last was in 2004. Last year the pain got so bad that after 5 minutes of walking I have to sit or my legs give out and I fall. I called the doctor's office and was told that I still have an outstanding balance that I was unaware of since my bills went through worker's comp. and the doctor will not see me any longer. I've had MRI and it shows that I have another disc that is bulging. Is there anything I can do for this without having surgery?
