I've been a gardener for many years. At age 71, I no longer get on hands & knees for much of anything. I have tools to fit my needs, take care of my back, go easy on chores. Don't try to get it all done in a day. Today I am having a lower back episode. I'll not walk my usual 2.4 miles; will take 1 naproxen 375 morning & 1 220 nite; use tens; stretch frequently and things will go back in place. I'll feel much better by noon. Here, temp is too cold for me to apply ice but I may later. Thanks for asking. Maybe this will help someone else.
