L4 is out of alignment. Sometimes I get a quick shooting pain there. Sciatica in my right glute can bother me when sleeping on my side. The Gokhale method is helping. The hip hinging has really helped - was cooking yesterday for hours and my lower back didn't hurt at all. Changing the way I walk has helped also
