I bought the book 8 steps to a pain free back from Esther Gokhale, this book change my whole life. The back pain was gone. The scoliosis have improved a lot. I had genu valgum or "x knees" and I found a video on the Ghokhale web page about this condition, I did it every day and I'm so happy with the results, my knees are almost normal. I continuing doing this exercise, they are very helpful. I also cured my neck pain and I'm improving with my nearsightedness. I highly recommend the Gokhale Method.
