I am 80 and I get by pretty well. I ride my E-Bike 10 miles almost every day in good weather and fairley active in the yard etc. I see my Dr. of chiropractic about twice a month and it helps to keep me going and feeling good. I wish more people would utilize Chiropractic and more research done in that area instead of more surgery and more medication.
