Treatment Ratings

    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Strengthening Exercises, Other, Stretching, Heat, Weight loss, Supportive Shoes, Brace, Rest, Cortisone Injection, Ice, Physical Therapy, Mattress Change
    Worsened
    Chiropractor, Spinal Fusion Surgery

Walking and standing are the two hardest things for me, and i can only stand so long and I have to sit down or else I will fall down.
I had the fusion with rods and screws in 2009 and I feel I more pain now then before I had the surgery, and can no longer golf or any things i loved to do before the surgery
