I do not take any pain meds...everything prescribed resulted in nausea and vomiting or sleep. Cannot do walking exercises. I have tried
limited exercise but have felt no real relief. I receive the most relief from ice and periods of rest when trying to household chores. I am
discouraged that there evidently nothing to be done for my pain which seems to increase each day. I do plan to go back to water exercise which does not cure, but brings relief while in the water.
