I have taken the 6-lessons Gokhale workshop in a private session with Esther and she has thought me to sit, sleep, stand, walk, and bend in ways that protect and strengthen me instead of wearing and tearing. I use her book, "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back: Natural Posture Solutions for Pain in the Back, Neck, Shoulder, Hip, Knee, and Foot", as a helpful resource to remind me of what I went through in my lessons. I have made significant progress, and while not pain free, I have less daily pain and am on my way to recovery. Thank you Esther!
