I have 10 vertebra with no padding, Stenosis (sp) and Arthritis Two doctors would not operate on me. Laser Institute said they could fix it but I cannot afford 18,000.00 dollars. I can't take pain meds as they give me hallucinations So I just have to suffer.

I play a lot of tennis. Felt like I couldn't move well, especially bending down, until I learned the Gokhale method. I had thought it was just part of getting old in my 40/50's but it was clearly tied to posture and movement. I am a huge fan of the Gokhale method and recommend it to all my friends. It's natural and logical. You control your own fate.

It took several years to stop the pain but with pain management Drs and PT I now have a life out and about instead of laying in bed or sitting in a recliner day after day. It takes hard work and dedication to beat the back pain. There are NO miracle cures!
