Yes the heat feel good ice helps but don't last long. Stretching loosen muscles but they knot up. Swim good till leave water then I am so tired. Then needles releave everything pain gone till they are removed and I am on my feet start in again. I tKe a pain pill from dr helps very little. Can not stand very long best to lay down walking can not go far or do much at a time cause my blood o2 drops then hard breathing I also have asthma . So I try to go slow do a little sit down then up doing more takes for ever to do any thing
