Chronic condition...cannot stand or walk for any length of time. When I push to do things, I'm literally in bed for the next few days. In the winter of 2015 I had massages 2-3 times a week and body adjustments, all which helped some, but very expensive on a fixed income. I'm taking doloxitin since 2007 or 08. It has helped some, but feel I am sometimes more depressed. I had a stroke in 2011, which has affected my left side, but am functional. I use a hot tub, but after knee replacement have difficulty getting in and out, it was helpful for my joints. I know I have a low pain threshold. Physical therapy after knee replacement and again for fall fracturing my humerus bone near shoulder joint. Still having pain from those. 78 years and feel much older. Downhill slide that just doesn't stop.
