    Improved
    Cortisone Injection, Stretching, Walking/Hiking

I am 64, physical work part time at a library, which complicates my osteoarthritis, degen disk, some fibro, and RA in some areas. I REFUSE pills which the side effects are worse than living with my issues. I DO get lidocaine/ Kenalog lumbar injections ( area is extensively damaged, according to Xrays and scan), which help TREMENDOUSLY, every 3 months. After about 2 , it starts getting painful. I do walk each day, and do stretches. I can not afford to quit my job
