Surgery helped for about 3 years...then the pain in legs and low back started to come back....acupuncture helped some but too short lived...Chiropractor and massages felt good for a day or so..then back in pain...pain dull some but never with enough relief...u also have fibromyalgia n top of it all...ugh ...its awful to be in pain 24/7...
