No specific injury. OA , spinal stenosis, sciatica fibromyalgia, herniated discs, Had PT, modalities, injections, epidural, pain medication, etc. Pain meds caused fecal impaction (for which I was hospitalized). PT only helped with the various modalities and had no lasting effect. Stretching enables me to get out of bed, does not help much with the pain. I have OA in multiple sites and nerve impingement in my neck, severewell. else always hurts as something OA in my knee, and a torn rotator cuff, so in addition to back pain which is constant, I contrary to all medical advice I had ever received.have lost almost 80 lbs. and my low back pain has worsened. I am deathly afraid of back surgery (and I have AFib). I might consider laser surgery or acupuncture but they are not covered by my insurance.
