I fell back in 2012 and injured my lower back had to have surgery in Oct. That surgery went well was recovering from it. Nine weeks post surgery I was in a car accident re injuring my back. Took me till June and 2 rides by ambulance to the ER cause I could no longer get up on my own. I went through many visits to the er complaining that my back wasn't right, but 6 months later I had to have surgery because I could not get up and use my legs. Scariest 5 days ever. But 4 yrs later I still am in constant pain and may be looking at another surgery. I take 3 pills a day for pain and use medical marijuana as a patient in my state. In combination I find it more useful but it is not a cure all. I still have really bad pain days but try not to allow them to limit me.
