I slipped on ice about 11/12 yes ago. I didn't fall but when my foot went out from under me my back bent backwards with great force. I've been in constant pain. My Dr in Ohio took me off all pain meds, does epidural shots. They work for a while but it getting too costly. They say I'm not a candidate for surgery. I'm so tired of pain dictating and ruling my life.
