Spondololythesis is a congenital problem and back just got worse with age. I also suffer with chronic sciatica on my right side with my leg and fit goinf numb at times. I am now 63. Have had numerous sets of epidural injections , a laminectomy with fusion of L5 S1 2 years ago. Some pain relief for about 6 months, then pain started getting worse again. I have just gone through a series of epidural injections, injection of si joint and a steroid injection in hip with little relief. Just started with test injections for a radiofrequency ablation. It is day 2 and the pain in the buttocks has decreased about half, no relief to back or leg pain.
